General Consent
1. Acknowledgement of Risks
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand the following:
● Tinting Laws: C3 Canada makes no guarantee regarding compliance with
local/provincial tint laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with legal
limits.
● Film/Wrap Limitations: Slight imperfections such as minor bubbles, lift lines, or dust
particles are industry-accepted tolerances. Some edges, seams, or complex surfaces
may not allow for full film coverage.
● Paint/Surface Condition: Existing damage, rust, chips, scratches, weak clear coat, or
repainted panels may affect adhesion and could result in peeling, lifting, or further
damage.
● Removal Risks: Removal of film/wrap/PPF may cause paint or clear coat to lift,
especially on older, repainted, or damaged surfaces.
2. Damage Liability Waiver
I agree that:
● C3 Canada is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
● C3 Canada is not liable for damage caused by hidden defects, poor factory paint quality,
or repaint jobs.
● C3 Canada is not responsible for damage resulting from removal of film, tint, wrap, or
PPF.
3. Warranty & Aftercare
● Manufacturer and installer warranties apply only as specified, and do not cover misuse,
accidents, or neglect.
● I understand and agree to follow the provided aftercare instructions (e.g., waiting period
before rolling down tinted windows, proper cleaning methods for wraps/PPF, avoiding
high-pressure washing at edges).
● Warranty claims may be void if aftercare instructions are not followed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
● I authorize C3 Canada to take before & after photos of my vehicle for documentation and
marketing purposes.
● I have communicated with staff on the condition of the vehicle before and after service.
● I accept that once the vehicle leaves C3 Canada, I am fully responsible for care and
maintenance of the applied products.
5. Legal & Consent
● This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
● I release C3 Canada, its employees, and affiliates from any liability beyond what is
stated in this agreement.
● I consent to C3 Canada moving my vehicle if necessary for installation or following installation.
